Fawzy Magdy

i graduated from the Faculty of Law at Ain Shams University in 2006 and began his job at Orascom Housing in 2007 as a personnel affair’s specialist in the human resources department. In 2011/2012, he enrolled in postgraduate studies in social law (Labor and Social Security Law) and completed the exam with a good overall grade and a high level of scientific research brilliance. And in December of 2013, he became the first trainer in the Arab Republic of Egypt for a workshop on Labor Law and Personnel Affairs. Fawzy Magdy compiled notes for trainees using both his academic and practical knowledge. Then, preparations began for a second workshop on preparing wages and salaries. Fawzy instructed over 5000 Trainees in the Republic.In 2018, Fawzy moved to Al-Daw for Tourism and Real Estate Development, one of Sami Saad's companies, as a manager for personnel, salaries, and administrative affairs. From 2019 to the third quarter of 2021, he worked as a manager for personnel affairs at Trans Business Trading and Distribution (a Philip Morris agent) numbering 1200 employees. And in September 2021, Fawzy worked as a consultant for two companies on a project to restructure the Human Resources Department and the Payroll and Personnel Affairs Department. And in January 2022 joined Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Egypt as the Director of Personnel Affairs and Employee Relations. Then joined Aman for Technology services. one of Ministry of Interior projects in October 2022 till now as a Head of Human Resources
