A hands-on Creative Design Manager responsible for the company’s design function across a range of brands and market sectors. Key responsibilities include the direct management of a team of 10 in-house Digital, Visual, Creative & Packaging Designers, as well as temporary and external design resource. Team administrative tasks include the allocation of day-to-day and project-based design tasks for Designers on a global basis and the quality control of outputs to ensure company objectives and priorities are delivered on time and of the highest standards. Other duties include the delivery of Creative Workshops, individual personal development plans and regular positive coaching and mentoring. Further responsibilities include the creation and implementation of brand and corporate guidelines to ensure consistency of our brand image in communications globally. I have also been fortunate to be the sole Designer responsible for major brand identity development projects, consisting of global product packaging rebrands and a new global company brand identity.
