I am a senior business manager with experience in B2B and B2C. I have held commercial, marketing and pricing leadership roles in growing multinational organizations. During my career, I have structured large deals in different channels and value contexts, ranging from made-to-stock for commodity lamps, all the way to contractual services for offshore oil rig critical assets. I have been managing businesses, realizing changes and fighting commoditization. I have a proven success track record as commercial manager for capex driven deals as well as consumer retail channels such as, online, food, and DIY, all across the globe. I have a deep knowledge of e-commerce B2C & B2B, digital marketing tools and technical software industry, knowledge built upon negotiations with key customers and partnerships with industry peers. By managing integral P&L’s, I have built a deep knowledge of business finance, accounting, export control, antitrust regulations and contract management. As an integral member of the Signify Europe management team, I am responsible for leading special business innovation projects, such as multi-brand positioning, e-commerce capability investments, M&A in digital marketing companies, etc,. I represent the interests of Signify as Chairman of the Board of directors of Voltimum, a digital marketing company for professionals. I have been driving new strategies and execute acquisitions of controlling shares.
