I am a go getter, action-oriented individual that strives under pressure in heavy demanding environments. The ability to pick up and adapt to new systems, and software is my greatest skill.With experience in both corporate and start up environments I am able to understand how to prioritize and push forward business-savvy practices and change. My current experience as a finance and operations manager at a fast-growing start-up has given me the know-how and practical experiences to be able to understand how to scale-up companies. The evolving nature of this job, has obliged me to have to learn new skills, and adapt constantly while giving me a better understanding at what key stake-holders expect from the company’s performance. Having also worked as a management accountant at a multi-national I also understand how finance teams scale-up and what expectations are for key stakeholders and what important financial metrics to look at.
