Deeply involved also in debt restructuring process and corporate lending, gaining a wide knowledge of the most up-to-date financial structures and financial instruments currently available in the market, maturing a strong expertise in the: - screening and identification of industrial, commercial and financial counterparties; - analysis, appraisal and structuring of financial packages; - analysis of documents and negotiation capability; - modeling. Solid and long standing personal relationship with the most reputable and active players in the Italian and international market (both Companies, Funds and Financial Institutions).
