Having worked number of years in Customer relationship based positions such as Client support advisor, Scrum Master and Program Manager, I gained immense experience in aspects of project planning, from budgeting and resource allocation to ensuring quality deliverables while achieving complete compliance to contract terms and conditions and gained great skill-set needed for successful collaboration in transnational networks. Throughout my career, I was involved in post sales tasks and coordinated various responsibilities such as identifying client needs and suggesting proper services, resolving service problems by clarifying the customers complaints, developing key contacts with clients and internal stakeholders. Improving business process by resolving complex issues and managing program/project process as well as managing communication with all stakeholders is where I find myself contributing the most. Through my current experience I now have the required skill set and expertise to cooperate smoothly in various environments and work effortlessly as a part of a team.
