Felicia Williams

An entrepreneur & marketing professional, Felicia is Owner of The Gynger Tea House, Principal of HiTouch Enterprises and President of the Influencing Action Movement. The Gynger Tea House is a holistic wellness brand that curates high quality tea and CBD experiences. HiTouch Enterprises is a full service agency specializing in Marketing & Events. Through the Influencing Action Movement (IAM) Felicia’s goal is to help teens and young adults build and maintain sustainable wealth in their communities, reduce violence, and make better life choices. She holds a BBA in Marketing from Howard University and a Masters in Adult & Organizational Development from Temple University. Felicia has lived and worked in New York City, the District of Columbia and Philadelphia, significantly impacting the lives of youth through mentorship and program development; advocating for gender and educational equity; raising awareness in underserved communities about the importance of voting and community engagement; and working with various nonprofit organizations to strengthen their impact across the region.Felicia serves on the Philadelphia Commission for Women and is a Deacon at Salem Baptist Church. She resides in Philadelphia with her husband Craig Williams and two children Amani Rose & Ema’ry Isa Rose.
