I have over 18 years with experience in Customer Service that includes; sales, Cash Replenishment and assisting Customers with great Customer Service skills. I also have over five years of management experience and great Office skills that includes clerical work, Multi- Tasking, High volume Calls with great phone skills. I successfully attended Business Administrative Courses’ in High School and in College as well. I am a very ambitious and a hard worker that strive to achieve for the best with very high spirit and also with an open professional and courteous personality that works well with others. To obtain a position that will give me the opportunity to apply my knowledge as an experienced Customer Service Representative or in Office management.
