Felipe Lima Santana

Felipe Santana is currently a Maintenance Analyst at TS Tech Americas, Inc. He is responsible for a multidisciplinary maintenance team containing 15 direct employees. He started his professional experience in the maintenance area in 2013 at Nestlé Brasil LTDA where he had his first position as Mechanical Maintenance Apprentice. In 2014 he returned to the company after the apprenticeship contract with responsibilities within the production process of filling soluble coffee. For over 3 years he had responsibility as an auditor and multiplier of the TPM and Lean Manufacturing methodologies, where he also had responsibility for conducting training and capacity building with a total of 154 employees in the sector of soluble coffee filling. In 2017 he was promoted to Maintenance Mechanic where he remained until 2022 and was responsible for the manufacturing, bottling and packaging sector of the Nescau chocolate drink. Felipe graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Fundação Hermínio Ometto and is currently taking his MBA in Engineering and Maintenance Management from FAVENI. He is also training in Black Belt Lean Six Sigma to increase his knowledge in the area.
