Mijn naam is Fer Zegers. Wat ik vaak hoor van andere en waar ik mezelf ook in kan vinden is dat ik een doorzetter ben. Ik ga vaak tot het uiterste. Ook ben ik iemand die alles tot het gaatje uitzoek en vrij snel kennis opneem en indien er sprake is van verbetering, die kennis hanteer. Daarbij kijk ik niet alleen naar de hoofdzaken maar ook naar de bijzaken die worden betrokken bij het te onderzoeken onderdeel. Indien iemand kritiek uit, sta ik altijd open om hierna te luisteren en indien nodig het werk te verbeteren. Verder ben ik een vrij rustig persoon die andere mensen niet in de weg staat, maar ik durf mijn eigen inbreng zeker te zeggen.
