Soy una persona que me gusta aprender siempre, busco nuevas formas de hacer las cosas retando el estatus quo, con la firme convicción que todo se puede mejorar siempre, los conocimientos que voy adquiriendo los implemento en los procesos del día a día para poder tener una mejor visión o panorama de las situaciones y así poder tomar mejores decisiones. He desempeñado posiciones a nivel de gerente de operaciones gestionando personal de mantenimiento en campo, coordinando, planificando y ejecutando proyectos de mejora, siempre apegando al presupuesto y en los tiempos propuestos. He incursionado en la analítica de datos tanto de KPI´s técnicos y operativos para crear dashboards que reflejen el estado actual y pasado de la empresa, esto con el fin de llevar un seguimiento a las iniciativas de mejoras implementadas y evaluar su efectividad, también para poder crear estrategias y planes de mantenimiento proactivo, preventivo y correctivo. I am a person who likes to learn always, I look for new ways of doing things challenging the status quo, with the firm conviction that everything can always be improved, the knowledge that I acquire I implement them in the day-to-day processes in order to have a better vision or overview of the situations and thus be able to make better decisions. I have held positions at the level of operations manager managing maintenance personnel in the field, coordinating, planning, and executing improvement projects, always adhering to the budget and the proposed times. I have dabbled in data analytics of both technical and operational KPIs to create dashboards that reflect the current and past status of the company, in order to keep track of the improvement initiatives implemented and evaluate their effectiveness, and also to create strategies and plans for proactive, preventive and corrective maintenance.
