- Engineering Manager: In charge of whole Engineering Department of Local Business Unit (Brazil). Managing CAD/CAE (Body and Chassis), Durability, Brakes, Passive Safety and Powertrain Areas in Global Projects, leading a team above 100 professionals (supervisors, engineers, technicians, analysts and drivers). Budget about EUR 4 Mi per year. - Integrating technical and commercially of the Automotive Projects among Brazil, Europe, Asia, Mexico, and the customer. - Managing Metropolitan Train Projects (Commercial, Technical, Manufacturing and Validation). - Automotive Products (Antennas, Alarms, Temperature Sensors) for Local (Brazil) and Abroad OEMs (Germany); - Project Management using current Best Practices PMI (PMBoK), being responsible for Project Integration and Results of Strategic Planning of the Company; - Working abroad (06 monhs) in Spain (CAF HeadQuarter) in order to learn and obtain Train Technologies know-how, backing to Brazil to lead the local team deleloping the technology and knowledge locally, performing the projects. - Extensive Factory experience (contact from the hand labor to board of directors level), good interlocution and negotiation as important skills.
