I joined GHF in 2002 and was appointed CEO in August 2011. I moved to Hong Kong in November 2013 in order to establish the Asian subsidiary. My career in the Futures Industry began on the LIFFE floor in 1984 with Laurie Milbank (taken over by Chase Manhattan in 1986). I left Chase in 1990 to join ICS, a division of Pierson Heldring and Pierson, where I was responsible for futures’ sales and execution. It was at ICS that I first became involved with electronic trading, running a successful team executing futures trades on the LIFFE APT system. In 1994 I joined GNI to become a senior futures and options salesman, taking responsibility for all electronic futures execution as an Associate Director; an experience which has added significant value to GHF.
