With over 20 years experience of delivering digital solutions, I have worked as an UX architect/ researcher since 2005 across financial services, retail, travel and government through agencies and on lengthy client-side projects using agile and waterfall methodologies. I love solving the problems arising in interaction/transaction design and use the full range of UX product delivery and research methodology from personas, through journeys and wireframes to usability testing to achieve perfect (well, useful and usable!) outcomes.
