As an accomplished professional with over 10 years of experience, I have honed my skills in various areas of expertise as well as across different industries and international markets. My current role as Senior Manager for Digital Transformation and Innovation, where I am responsible for leading teams in the implementation of cutting-edge technologies and digital strategies to drive customer experience, growth and profitability. In parallel as the Head of the Center of Excellence for 3D/AR, Metaverse and Omnichannel, I leverage my creativity and technical knowledge to deliver exceptional results in immersive customer experiences and omnichannel integration. Working with cross unit departments for to bring immersive content in all channels. Prior to this, I served as a the Head of Corporate Development, given me the opportunity to excel in strategic planning, C-Level goals and programs, internal business development, and organizational leadership. Bringing the internal organization forward with efficiency optimizations and innovations accross the different business units. I have also served as a Business Development Manager, where I successfully identified and pursued new business opportunities to expand the organization's market reach and revenue streams. Including digital portfolio development, and establishing and rolling out an internationalization strategy. Moreover, my experience as the Head of the Center of Excellence for Smart Data, with projects in Europe, Middle East and Greater China, enabled me to lead cross-functional teams in implementing data-driven solutions that optimize business operations and enhance customer experiences. Including developing of new portfolio, establishing partnerships and new customers. Lastly, my background as a Senior Strategy Consultant, where I focused on digital and strategy projects for Deutsche Telekom, has honed my skills in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management. Overall, I possess a unique blend of tech, business, and leadership skills, with experience across different industries and markets, enables me to drive business growth, innovation and transformation.
