Long experience from 38 years in Oil and Gas industri. Responsibilities and tasks as, Department Manager for Reinertsens expansion in Hammerfest, Northern Norway, Modification Manager under V&M contract for projects on Norwegian Continental shelf, Discipline lead for establishing a PDMS Design organization, Area Lead for design and layout of top side PAU area on Laminaria FPSO, Field Engineer during construction and assembly at yard nationally and internationally, Piping engineer with overall responsibility for design and layout of piping systems, including equipment for over and underwater facilities. International experience from United Kingdom as multidiscipline field engineer during construction and assembly of Ekofisk 2/4J MSF and compressor module at Amec Shipyard in Wallsend – Newcastle. Experience from Australia as multidiscipline field engineer during construction and assembly of 8 PAU`s at Woodside Energy yard in Freemantle – Perth – Western Autralia.Personal qualities such as very good technical knowledge for the different aspects within Oil and Gas industry gathered through a long career involving all phases from studies, detail design, fabrication, construction and handover as firstly Piping Designer and later Project Management.Qualities are used proactively with focus on dedicated accuracy and a positive attitude on finding solutions. Good management skills as team leader who generates enthusiasm and finds solutions through the resources competence and knowledge both individually and as a team. Participates actively through the project with a high focus on Client demand for cost efficiency, on time and right quality deliverables. Excellent skill in communication verbally and written in both Norwegian and English.
