Experienced energy industry practitioner available for commercial consulting and non-executive roles. I have over 30 years’ experience in upstream and midstream oil and gas. My experience spans commercial management and operations, project development and joint venture management in service of value optimisation. I develop, negotiate and operate all upstream and midstream commercial agreements including joint venture agreements, decommissioning agreements, oil and gas transportation agreements, allocation agreements and product sales agreements. I have chaired Joint Venture Operating Committees and Commercial Committees. I have a keen interest in energy policy and its consequences for security and reliability of supply, and energy costs for consumers and business.
