Specialising in diagnostic assessment and coaching for adults who experience SpLD/neurodiversity, I work with students studying to enter a range of professions, providing tutor support and transferable skills for the workplace. I also work as an independent work and well-being psychologist, offering diagnostic assessment and work coaching services. My experience and professional accreditations include:• SASC Registered and accredited assessor of adults for Specific Learning Difficulty (SpLD) with 5 years’ experience, (AMBDA FE/HE 15/AMF9004 Practicing Certificate 500002321-IF6230 PATOSS)• Registered BPS Test- User Occupational Ability & Personality• Six years’ experience of coaching adults who experience all forms of SpLD and neurodiversity• Recent experience of supporting the transition into the workplace from higher education, most often into nursing, social work, and teaching, for individuals who experience SpLD/Neurodiversity• Recent experience of working with employers and organisations to develop workplaces that are inclusive – for example implementing dyslexia-friendly policies, website resources, and peer support groups for dyslexic employees.• Strong presentation and academic writing skills • Published researcher • MSc Occupational Psychology and intention to achieve chartership within the 2-4 years.
