Fiona Muldoon

Since completing my Masters in economic science in 2002 I have worked full time in insurance specialising in claims but have recently made the change to underwriting. I have worked in all aspects of claims. I was a team manager for 10 years in motor, home and personally injury claims. Now I am the manager of the the underwriting operations area. We deal with motor home and commercial products and part of my role is managing a team of underwriters. I particularly enjoy my role as a people manager and enjoy demonstrating my leadership skills and ensuring my team perform to the highest standards. I have managed and have been involved in many projects and used my six sigma greenbelt training to assist in these. I deliver on time and adhere to deadlines. I am hardworking and relish a challenge. I demonstrate flexibility, ownership and accountability for achieving results. I can work as a team or on my own initiative. I have competent PC and presentation skills.
