Florencia Demonte

I have been studying Human Resources for the past 5 years. I Have 9 courses left to graduate. I have been working in Lenovo for over 7 years, in Human Resources area for the past 3 years. This has been a great opportunity to begin dealing with daily basis Human Resources staff, learn policies, know people in all the company and a great personal experience. I am pursuing a new experience now. I want to keep on exapanding my knowledge and keep on gaining experience in all HR areas. I want a change, not only in the responsabilities but in the work environment as well, I want to know other work cultures and other businesses. I am considered to be a People Person, Team worker and focused on results. I take ownership on the tasks assigned to me and pursue high quality standards. I am a active member in Puente Solidario, which is our RSE entity and participate is several charitable campaigns. This is very important for me and would love to continue doing it on any other place.
