Always striving to step into the unknown and bringing different views into routines. 🗣 By listening and trying to understanding the background of each individual stakeholder in daily contacts I grew my ability to treat everyone appropriate to their needs and intentions. The triangle of technical knowledge, a business-oriented mindset and always seeing the persons behind each decision engages me everyday to lead my team of motivated and skillful individuals across the European continent. 🔗 The inexorable development of the industry leads to rethink our daily habits and attitude. We exceeded the age of product-selling and now it is the time to adapt our behavior to the Solution business. This includes technical products, operational excellence as well as the overall end-to-end value chain, also including the environmental aspects. Business relations are more than seller and buyer - it is to create collaboration to achieve a sustainable high level of performance. 💡 In refractory industry a variety of stakeholders and factors are involved in every decision and change we make. Having a clear picture of the intended result, but being flexible and having built resilience in these volatile times is a key factor of being successful.
