Frédéric Le Maître

I am a software architect and senior developer but I can also define myself as a software craftman in reference to the Manifesto for Software Craftsmanship. I have more than 20 years of experience in software development, primarily as a developer and lead developer but also as a software architect. My curiosity and passion for the software development have enabled me to discover and implement several architectural patterns, programing paradigms, and frameworks (especially in the Java ecosystem). I have experience, among others, with the microservice architecture, the event-driven architecture, the Domain Driven Design approach, the reactive programming, the Spring Framework (including Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, Spring Batch, etc.). Via a regular technology watch activity, I keep abreast of the new concepts, frameworks and architectural patterns in force. With my open-mindedness and interpersonal skills, I have always managed to adapt to the different business areas I met (banking, industrial, health, public administration, etc.). Furthermore, I like to share my experience and knowledge with other developers and team members in order to help the team to win in maturity and efficiency.
