Relevant skills : - Food safety management (HACCP, ISO 22 000), good hygienic practices and good manufacturing practices - Agro-food industries engineering from feasibility study (financial, economical and technical) up to commissioning (including processes design and flow sheeting) - Tailor-made “training engineering” projects for food training centres (vocational, bachelor, master levels) : capacities needs analysis of national food operators, conception of training programs and courses; conception of training premises and selection of equipments. - teaching project management, food processing and by product management and food safety related courses at various levels (from undergraduate to Master, as well as training of trainers)
