I am a Full Member of the Association of Project Management and Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, working at Gleeds as an Associate Director for Project Manager. I am also an Accredited NEC4 ECC Project Manager. I provide project management expertise to large scale strategic infrastructure projects, mainly within the residential sector. Working with a range of key stakeholders in both the public and private sector to drive development forward and achieve high quality, viable and deliverable residential schemes. I work with multi-disciplinary teams to provide a 'cradle to grave' service, managing the planning process at outline and detailed consent through to on-site support via contract administration and strategic project managment. I am proficient in planning development control, planning policy, project management, contract administration, large scale stakeholder consultation and EIA/Statutory legislative understanding. I also have a sound understanding of development requirements and acquisition of land, site selection and negotiation. I am a qualified project manager with extensive experience in managing largescale projects. I have been involved in a wide range of projects from largescale urban extensions, education, commercial, healthcare and brownfield development.
