I am extremely qualified as I have been working in three different multinational hospitality companies for more than 5 years and recently I joined the IT/B2B business. I am willing to continue to develop and lear new skills in a proactive environment that will encourage my career progression. In the Within my previous and current roles I have had the chance to deal with customer service problems, order process, administration, software IT issues, handling escalations in order to improve customer satisfaction. Hence I have gained a broad experience with working under pressure in order to achieve individual and team targets trying my best to contribute with my personal work to the victory plan of the company. I value teamwork , but I am also a self starter and self motivated. Experience in a pressurized support environment able to multi-task across several open cases and manage and prioritize own time, with string problem solving. Professional and customer focused, excellent communication skills and telephone manner. Flexible as per business requirement. My experience is complimented by an education that includes a degree in interpreting and translation studies in Italy and England. I am Fluent in Italian, English and Spanish, both written and spoken for all the three languages. I have also completed a French and Arabic course and I have basic knowledge of this languages as well.
