My value proposition is based on my values, skills and passion for finance, investing and personal development. My professional aims are to help individuals and companies grow by making better financial decisions. I've spent the last 14 years working across Europe, growing my career in the finance and luxury sectors by specialising in financial analysis, asset management, investor relations, M&A, corporate finance and team development.As a person, I'm vulnerable, emotionally aware and mentally honest. Exploring and questioning my beliefs and paradigms allows me to take responsibility for all aspects of my life. My personal values are growth, freedom, integrity and success. I rely on them to give me clarity and focus through my journey and to turn obstacles into opportunities. I am a lifelong learner. I genuinely enjoy doing research since my curiosity keeps me motivated. As part of my Executive MBA at Warwick Business School, I mainly researched behavioural finance, investment and risk management.Innovation and entrepreneurship are the core ingredients of my management style. My need to make meaningful contributions pushes me to lead, inspire and mentor others. I have a natural talent for active listening, for understanding and for motivating others through empathy and by example. Two of my biggest passions are cooking and travelling. I believe in the sustainable use of digital media and devices; therefore, I enjoy digital detoxing, whether in a group or alone, such as meditation and walking in nature.
