I am a highly energised professional developing myself into an expert in the small business industry. I have worked with both unsecured and secured lending experts to maximise my consumer knowledge. This has allowed me to tailor specific recommendations to guide individuals to achieve their goals for both their business or personal needs. Furthering my development in business banking I have joined NAB as a business banking manager focusing on a portfolio of clients from South East. Prior to this I was working at Commonwealth Bank as a senior business banker with clients from the inner west metropolitan. I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Commerce Majoring in Entrepreneurship at Macquarie University. Scheduled to complete the degree in 2022. My time in the workforce has taught me many lessons, the most important being: - Treating smaller goals with the same dedication and discipline as larger goals will lead to greater success in the long term. - Understanding EVERY aspect of the situation/ problem will enable for an accurate and timely solution - My personal favourite, winning as a team is more important than winning individually. Great team work makes for a more productive and engaged workplace.
