I help organisations and people to work better and to adapt to the emerging world of work. This work is vital, as there's never been a period of more disruption to the way we work. The last few years have challenged us around where, when and how we work. We understand more about wellbeing and the challenges of mental health, the importance of equity and the presence of discrimination, the benefits of collaboration and risks of groupthink. We're also seeing the emergence of AI change how we work, and seeing more challenges to orthodoxy. We know there's a need for productivity, but our organisations are stuck in low growth. When the world is changing like this benchmarking and best practice don't help. People practices developed in the last century are no longer effective. I combine research, thought leadership, pragmatism, learning across sectors, and attention to organisational context. And I always pay attention to the humans at the heart of all of this. What this means is that I can help organisations rethink the way they do things and unlock the potential in their people. Recent work has been across sectors including the Arts, Heritage, Tourism, Health, Public Sector, Charity and Financial Services. I've helped organisations with purpose, performance, career development, leadership, wellbeing and inclusivity. I've got a strong track record in spotting big themes, and turning them into practical application. That ranges from award winning practice in performance and purpose, through innovative approaches to ways of working, understanding the psychological and demographic impacts of covid, and now into how AI can change ways of working. Whatever your organisational challenges, I can help you to shape solutions. My approach is to bring together different strands of people practice, rather than treating them as siloes. That could include leadership, talent, inclusion, culture, careers, learning, performance or more. Doing so means I can help you create solutions that improve your colleague experience, and help people to both enjoy and prosper at work.
