Frank Barnett

Frank Barnett serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Cyxtera. Frank is responsible for the company’s human resources programs including talent acquisition, employee development, organization planning, pay and rewards and diversity. He brings 20 years of Human Resources leadership in corporate HR and in client facing HR outsourcing. Frank has extensive experience leading organizational operations, driving large scale growth through talent acquisition and creating dynamic company culture through leadership and employee development Prior to joining Cyxtera, he served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Xerox. During his tenure at Xerox (now Conduent) from 2005 to 2017, Frank held numerous leadership roles in Human Resources including leading North America HR Operations, HR Business Partner leader for Xerox Commercial Solutions and RVP for Human Resources Outsourcing. He started his professional career in labor relations with GTE and has worked in Human Resources leadership roles for CompuCom, Data Return, CVS/Caremark and Affiliated Computer Services. Frank received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas A&a;M University and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas, Arlington.
