Frank Brigham

Frank Brigham has managed all phases of multimillion dollar construction projects. His experience encompasses all areas of the multi-family industry. He has worked and excelled in every position from maintenance supervision, owners representative, assistant superintendent, head superintendent and now as a project manager. In his years as project Manager with Zaremba Contractors, he worked diligently with the city and the design professionals through all pre development phases, all the way through to project completion. He has worked in the southeast his entire career and has an excellent reputation with several Architectural firms, design professionals, city officials, management groups and subcontractors. His experience as a project manager includes, pre development coordination, permitting, sub contract negotiations and contract execution, budget and schedule control, owners reports and general staff management. Frank is a positive up-building person who works well with others and effectively motivates his staff as well as subcontractors. He maintains a good relationship with County and City officials as well as owners, owner’s representative’s, architects and engineering firms that he has dealt with and works diligently to maintain those relationships. He is well organized, not easily excited and extremely proactive toward potential delays that come up throughout the course of a project. He is proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel. Frank is also experienced in all practical aspects of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Appliance repair and holds a General Contractors License for the State of Florida CGC1523577. He is also a certified pool operator and possess an EPA certification to handle all types of refrigerant.
