Frank Del Castillo

I am a land manager. I have experience in development management, land entitlement, civil engineering project management, and subdivision infrastructure design. I have served on boards and commissions, including Planning and Zoning Commission, Development Review Board, Zoning Board of Adjustments, and Environment Advisory Board. My experience includes work on commercial, retail, and multi-family sites, public infrastructure, and single-family development. Projects I have been involved with range from a one acre fire station to a 4,600 acre mix-use master planned community. Budgets for the projects have been as small as $300,000 to as large as $150 million. On the other side of development, I have been responsible for ordinance preparation and enforcement, and reviewing and approving development permits and plats for a local municipality.
