Frank Nicosia

For over three decades, Frank has been in the people business and has always put the customer first. After a short stint as an accountant with TransUnion after graduating from DePaul University, he quickly moved into the service industry where his passion for exemplary customer service began. Within a few short years, Frank and his brother, Charlie, started American Audio Visual Company in 1995 to provide full-service event production services with exceptional customer satisfaction. As their reputation for exceeding customer expectations began to grow, the company expanded its range of services and became Absolute Production Services in 2001. Frank, as the Owner and CFO, continued to manage personnel and run all internal operations, but he also added logistical management of all rentals for Absolute’s corporate clients to his responsibilities. In addition, Frank managed all the purchasing and selling of the company’s extensive inventory and contributed to the creative processes involved in planning, problem-solving, and designing corporate events handled by Absolute. As a leader in the event industry and with their reputation preceding them, Frank and Charlie then started Prime Electrical and Exhibition Services in 2013 to provide temporary utility services for large-scale tradeshows and expos. As the market continued to expand and with a wealth of hands-on knowledge and experience under his belt, another business, Labor Boss, was born in 2016 to help make hiring event union labor simple, honest, and easy. While Frank continued in his role at Absolute as Owner, Vice President, and CFO, he added Co-Founder, CFO, and Managing Partner of Prime as well as CFO of Labor Boss to his expertise. He is a mainstay in the Absolute Alliance Group family of companies. Frank’s no-nonsense, people-focused approach has been the foundation on which Absolute was built, and it continues to hold to those values today through its focus on people, process, and relationships. Absolute has been around for nearly three decades, and that’s no accident. Frank’s focus on streamlining logistics, finding solutions for every budget, and treating everyone like family has made him a behind-the-scenes pillar of all three companies and in the events industry as a whole.
