Journeyman Tool and Diemaker that decided as soon as I started working as and an apprentice that I wanted to learn as much as I could about the Automotive Industry and diversify myself along the way. My first salary position was a Die Engineer at a Japanese company and current position is a Die Engineer at Tower Automotive. Have worked as an Engineer at both the corporate level where I followed dies in Asia as well as Canada, Mexico and U.S and at the plant level which I am currently at. In between my first salary position until my current one I have worked as the following: Tool Room Supervisor, 3rd shift Manager in which I was in charge of the entire plant with no other Supervisors, so I had the Weld Maintenance, Facility Maintenance, Tool Room, both Assembly and Production workers, Shipping, Press Operators as well as manage the Crib, Assembly Engineer and Superintendent of skilled trades.
