Frank Stepper

Hi, I am Frank, a Principal in the Berlin office of Boston Consulting Group. I am a member of the Insurance Practice Area and I am focusing on the topics (1) digital transformation, (2) digital customer journeys and (3) agile transformations. Besides experience in the insurance practice area, I was able to gather experience in the automotive and industrial goods industry rergarding the topics target costing, OEM build-up and strategic product roadmapping within Germany and abroad. Prior joining BCG, I gained practical experience in different industries including automotive (BMW AG), insurance (Allianz Versicherungs AG), consulting (Horváth & Partners Management Consultants) and banking (Cortal Consors, Hypo- und Vereinsbank AG). I hold a B.A. In economics and a M.Sc. In Finance, Auditing, Controlling and Taxation with a focus on Finance & Risk Management from Friedrich-Alexander-University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. During my studies, I spent a semester abroad in Thailand at Siam University, Bangkok.
