My main role at Fox Mortgages was to assist the finance broker in gathering all sensitive information from clients, finding suitable options for clients and providing borrowing capacity’s, funding positions and product options for them too choose from and making sure the lender and loan type is suitable to the customer,, explaining the features and benefits of each option, my role also includes completing the loan application itself once submitting doing 3-5 day follows ups with the lender and informing the customer at each step of the lending process, once finance has been granted to the client my role changes to a relationship manager, setting follow up tasks to maintain a strong positive relationship with clients making sure their loan is as expected as well touching base when their fixed period on their home loan is due to expire to review weather they still have the best deal with their current lender.
