Seventeen (17) years of working experience with Non-governmental organizations in and around the country (Liberia) as Social Worker ,Teacher, Research Personal , , Trainer, Project Supervisor and other social field works with INGO and NGO in Liberia and Ghana. I am a motivated, adaptable and Professional Social Worker/Teacher. I am a Service-focused social worker with a strong commitment to serving the needs of disadvantaged Children, youths and adults, and providing psychosocial Assessment, diagnosis, and treatment/therapy as well as consultation about Clients/ patients and family to assist them in coping with stress. I am Skilled in building community support, key coalitions and strategic inter agency partnerships, backed by solid credentials (Bachelor in Social Work) and equal strengths in program, personnel and case management. I am keen at finding ways to meet my competencies, capabilities, skills, education and experience. And to enhance human well- being and help meet basic human needs of all people, with particular attention to the needs and empowerment of people who are vulnerable, oppressed, and living in poverty.
