Franzisca Wakeman

Franzisca has a wealth of experience in project management gained from a wide range of companies, including Northern Beaches Council, FIFA, Lufthansa and the renowned Sydney Festival, as well as a tertiary education in Event Organisation Management, including budgetary management, project coordination, proposal preparation, stakeholder management, event management, presentation skills, administration, evaluation and reporting. Since 2012, she has been working for Northern Beaches Council managing and producing all aspects of their projects in major events such as Manly Jazz and Taste of Manly but also more recently managed community portfolios such as 'Disability', 'Seniors' and 'It takes a Village'. She has distinctive experience in developing and managing relationships with stakeholders and working across multiple teams to ensure all required outcomes are delivered.
