I am currently a Project Manager for Turner Industries located in La Porte, Texas. I have been managing mulitiple projects in the 18 plus years in Project Management. I have been in the construction environment for over 25 years. My background (SME) has been scaffold but had to adapt to change and have the knowledge and skill to lead multicraft projects such as (insulation, coating and abatement services). Estimate cost and manpower needs for projects Daily activities consist of constant communication with our customers and my team. My goal is to provide a satisfactory service to our customers. Train and manage supervision to achieve and maintain significant improvements in their productivity Responsible for creating a safe work environment for all team members Schedule, organize and communicate work, resources and material requirements Coordinate our efforts as a team, with support from our experienced Supervision I coordinate their every day activities. Review proposals/ sub contracts in order to provide the best service accordingly Establish and implement project timelines, objectives, procedures, and goals Manage mulitiple site (plants) coordiate their efforts and ours, work closely with our cutomers to prepare for our daily work assignments.
