About
When stepping into the energy sector in mid-2014, I quickly carved out a niche for myself in which I could apply my understanding of renewable energy and conservation principles to direct key conservation efforts in a field that required ingenuity in client-facing engineering environments. In business, I operate at the intersection of strategy and sustainability—seeking to help clients in both the public and private sectors align their energy systems, processes, and frameworks with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles. Over the next eight years, I earned a reputation as a capable, motivated, and resourceful professional known for my quality-driven work ethic and recognized for my natural leadership abilities as I climbed the ladder within the energy engineering space. I’ve successfully leveraged conservation-centric principles to address potential impacts on the environmental footprint, set benchmarks and budget requirements, liaised with industry experts on multi-million dollar projects, directed high-level audits, and monitored the efficacy and performance of energy efficiency improvements. Not to mention, I supported a major Energy and Water Program on behalf of the US Defense Health Agency (DHA) as a primary consultant and liaison between energy auditors and DHA contacts—developing master plans for energy and water usage at military facilities nationwide. My success has been rooted in my commitment to pursue a higher standard of operational excellence—bridging the gap between innovation and sustainability by driving organizational change and transformation.
