FINANCE: -Managing budget and spend ensuring alignment with budget, policies and procedure, including creating Purchase Orders, processing invoices. -Detect saving opportunities TEAM MANAGEMENT: -Team management, ensuring HR operations, planning and performance review. -Giving leadership, direction and mentoring the JLL team to promote engagement and excellent customer experience delivery KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR: Delivery or delegation of service requests to ensure the agreed timeframe meeting Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements MOVE AND CHANGE: floor plans updates in CAD software, management of project as building restack / reorganization. Planning of moves, purchase of new furniture. HEALTH AND SAFETY: Incident management and escalation, lesson learned, good practices, good catches, evacuation procedure and exercise. BUSINESS CONTINUITY: Business Continuity Plan updates, stress-test exercises, management of the call out services. VENDORS AND STAKHOLDERS: Relationship, communication and contract management of vendors. Ensure complaint with internal procedure, including hiring process and controls, liability assurance, diversity and engagement. CLEANING: -Ensuring office housekeeping and cleanliness is delivered to the highest standard, working closely with cleaning vendors, monitoring works and conducting audits FACILITY PROJECTS : -Management of facilities projects, RFP comparison, delivery of work in the highist standard, risk assessment and controls, reception of works. AUDITS : Conduct all required internal audits including, visual inspections, document review, facitly condition assessment. Action plan to correct findings.
