KEY PERFORMANCES WORKPLACE: -Workplace management activities ensuring safety, well-being, cleanliness end-users satisfaction. -Draw, manage floorplans according to the local regualtion and new type of workplace environment. ASSET MANAGEMENT: -Ensure Asset Preventative Planned Maintenance is carry out as from the schedules and regualtion, collecting, recording evidences., warranties and Asset and Life Cycle including statutory compliance and standard operating procedures RISK MANAGEMENT: -Communication and management of any elevated risks or events - Actions to reduce/eliminate the associate risk. FINANCE: -Managing budget and spend ensuring alignment with budget, policies and procedure, including creating Purchase Orders, processing invoices. -Detect saving opportunities TEAM MANAGEMENT: -Team management, ensuring HR operations, planning and performance review. -Giving leadership, direction and mentoring the JLL team to promote engagement and excellent customer experience delivery KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR: Delivery or delegation of service requests to ensure the agreed timeframe meeting Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements MOVE AND CHANGE: floor plans updates in CAD software, management of project as building restack / reorganization. Planning of moves, purchase of new furniture. HEALTH AND SAFETY: Incident management and escalation, lesson learned, good practices, good catches, evacuation procedure and exercise. BUSINESS CONTINUITY: Business Continuity Plan updates, stress-test exercises, management of the call out services. VENDORS AND STAKHOLDERS: Relationship, communication and contract management of vendors. Ensure complaint with internal procedure, including hiring process and controls, liability assurance, diversity and engagement. CLEANING: -Ensuring office housekeeping and cleanliness is delivered to the highest standard, working closely with cleaning vendors, monitoring works and conducting audits FACILITY PROJECTS : -Management of facilities projects, RFP comparison, delivery of work in the highist standard, risk assessment and controls, reception of works. AUDITS : Conduct all required internal audits including, visual inspections, document review, facitly condition assessment. Action plan to correct findings.
