Over 30 years of overall experience in substations design and power plant design involving both power T&D and C&I equipment. Worked with stringent industry codes & standards including NEC, IEEE, ANSI, FERC, NESC, ASTM, ISO, and NERC. Led numerous project teams, which required defining the scope, schedule, and cost man-hours for the project. Held meetings and made numerous technical presentations to management. Over twenty years of previous nuclear power engineering experience. Developed project plans, specifications, design reviews & installation specifications, failure modes/effects and KT analysis, and evaluations including risk assessments. Specified and procured major Power and C&I equipment and managed outside contractors and vendors. Developed test criteria, as needed. Familiar with latest versions of AIMMS, Primavera, PeopleSoft, PowerPoint, PET, MathCAD, and MS Office products including MS Project, & Visio. Specialties:Technical Writing; Power and I&C Engineering
