Since I can remember, I've loved technology, innovation, business challenges and problem solving. I genuinely believe that no challenge is better addressed than with an experienced and cohesive team, and over the years I have been fortunate to work with excellent professionals who have helped me grow and achieve our common goals. It could be in any other industry that thrives on innovation, but I've early found my way into IT through software development. In 2007 I began to regularly travel overseas on international projects, which made me adapt to new ways of doing business and deliver projects. That's when I started observing that people interact differently with technology, facing serious adoption challenges that can sometimes jeopardize a perfectly built solution. I've found really interesting that it's not enough to deliver a project on time and on budget, with a solution that implements all the identified requirements. This is because sometimes the stakeholders fail to identify relevant goals before they get in touch with the technology and deliverables. So this should be worked as soon as possible in a initiative or program, according to the reality of each company. Later, I've started developing a strong interest in Customer Relationship Management, not only on software tools to empower it, but also in practises to deliver great customer experiences and boost business results. Between 2011 and 2015 I've manage the CRM unit of EXICTOS, focusing on the banking industry. Then I've embraced the challenge of leading the Technology business of Leadership Business Consulting, enhancing my previous experience in BPM, CRM, ECM and IT Strategy. Currently my mission is to develop business and to deliver several technology offerings and competencies at EVEREDGE Consulting. I believe that customer experience is the way to achieve excellence and to build great and sustainable companies.
