Frelon Drijono

Frelon Drijono is a banking industry professional with over two decades of professional experience in retail and personal banking. After obtaining his Master of Information Management from Griffith University, Queensland, Australia, he commenced a career in multinational banks operating in Jakarta, Indonesia. He worked at ABN AMRO, Royal Bank of Scotland and is currently the Wealth Banking Head of UOB Indonesia. His specialty includes attracting and retaining High Net Worth clients for retail and personal banking as well as performing sales analytics, planning and management. He is an experienced sales team leader, manager and recruiter, having trained and led teams at the size of close to 200 people operating out of various locations across the country. In his personal time, the former restaurateur enjoys undertaking culinary excursions and is known to be a road cycling enthusiast. He is also a dedicated church volunteer, mentoring and preaching to the Youth.
