Experience in leading QC departments in widespread fields of production: Fertilizer, Animal Feed, Textile, HPL laminate. As technical specialist I have been the major contact for suppliers of raw materials (Dyes and Chemicals). Sourcing in Europe, India and China for the best suppliers. In this role I have been leader of smaller and member of bigger project teams for implementing new systems, machines and legislations (e.g. REACH). With my high analytical capacity, general interest in people and (production) techniques and my hands on mentality I am quickly at home in a new environment. My open and extravert character, combined with my problem solving capacity and my direct way of communicating makes me quickly accepted by colleagues and team members. My management style is largely affiliative but I take the decisions when needed.
