Native Floridian, born & raised in the Miami area, with over 40 years of experience providing Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, Appraisal/Valuation & Consulting Services throughout Florida. After graduating from University of Florida with a Building Construction degree (College of Architecture), I settled in the Tampa Bay area to marry my college sweetheart and raise a family (4 children). I ultimately went into the Real Estate and Appraisal business after working as a Project Manager on commercial construction projects. After achieving my State Certified General Contractor Class "A" license at the age of 23, I became a Licensed Real Estate Broker and a State Certified Real Estate Appraiser, and entered into the Real Estate and Appraisal field. During my career, I have served as President, Officer, Chair of Committees and Board member for several professional and non-profit organizations. I have achieved related professional designations, including CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and GAA (General Accredited Appraiser) issued by the National Association of REALTORS to further my real estate knowledge. I have been recognized as a Real Estate Expert and qualified in Court as a Expert, and have received recognition and awards for my professional and volunteer work for serving in our community. Our firm provides Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Services (Sales & Leasing), Appraisals / Valuations for litigation such as Eminent Domain and other related consulting services throughout Tampa Bay and Florida. I have been appointed for many consecutive years to serve as a Real Estate Appraiser Special Magistrate for several Value Adjustment Boards (VAB) in the Tampa Bay area for assessment appeals.
