What I’ve enjoyed most about my HR career is the relationships I’ve built. I am an outgoing leader with a genuine passion for people. During my career, I’ve focused on creating a positive, sustaining and supportive work environment by ensuring every employee knows they are valued. That means ensuring they not only understand I care about them, but that their fellow team members also value their contributions. To that end, it has long been my career mission to focus 100% on acquiring and retaining talent so they remain happy and thrive in a diverse, inclusive environment. I have experience in developing and implementing employee growth and retention initiatives by leveraging analytics to assess data and trends. I have also used DISC as a cross-role analysis tool to improve staff productivity and enhance overall communication. My versatile senior-level HR background includes experience with strategic planning, training & development, total compensation and performance management, as well as employee relations, process improvement and succession planning. My experience also includes working closely with executive leadership and in fast-growth organizations. I thrive in startup environments where I am needed to plan, develop and launch programs; while ensuring there is always compliance met for both state and federal law.
