As an experienced Industrial Engineer, I have worked for over ten years as an advisor, compliance officer, internal auditor and implementation leader of Management Systems under International Standards such as OHSAS 18001, ISO 45000 (Occupational Health and Safety), ISO 9001 (Quality assurance), ISO 14001 (Environmental assurance) as well as local and international regulations and codes of practice. My main focus on the past few years has been Health and Safety which made me developed a passion for it. I enjoy working with employees and be part of improvement projects for a healthier work environment. My skills include the management of Work Health and Safety systems, training small and large groups of employees as well as elaborating documented procedures. I have set and analysed performance indicators (KPI) and developed internal audits across different types of organisations. As personal achievements I have helped companies obtain and/or maintain international Management Systems certifications, both as a team member or working individually. I enjoy helping companies achieve standards that will ensure the health and safety of employees, improve the quality of the products/services they offer and protect the environment. I’m fluent in English and Spanish and I love being part of a diverse work environment. I consider myself to be a responsible, organised person. I’m sociable, fast learner and a very dedicated professional with leadership and communication skills. I’m comfortable and enjoy working individually or as a part of a team and I’m always up for a new challenge.
