Gagan Mahajan

Gagan Mahajan is a passionate product manager who has built and scaled products from scratch in the e-commerce (Grofers) and social domain (SHEROES). He has 5 years of experience in product management with specialization in the consumer internet space. He graduated in 2015 from St. Stephen’s College, New Delhi with a degree in computer science. He is currently the Growth PM at Grofers and has launched and scaled strategic initiatives to drive growth (via product) for the organization which include social commerce, referral, gamification, and subscription. He also leads product discovery for growth initiatives. At SHEROES, Gagan led the pivot from being a flexible jobs platform to a women-only community platform. He writes about his learnings from work, especially about product management, on his blog. He also likes to share his learnings with the product management community through talks and webinars. During his leisure time, he loves to play football with friends and colleagues, watch Real Madrid play, and play FIFA. He is an optimist.
