My joy for doing daily responsibilities is to source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline, screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings. Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements. I also performed reference checks as need and facilitate the offer process. I manage onboarding and new hire process. I tend to stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices in different platforms. Working and managing the overall interview, selection, and closing process, ensuring all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations. I love to communicate with different people and work with them effectively, both orally and in writing. Additionally, demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust. I have excellent organizational and time management skills and I am comfortable making decisions independently.
