I'm very passionate in the field of recruiting since my army service at the Human Resources unit in the intelligence crop.My work as a recruitment coordinator in previous placement agencies & a global hi-tech company includes screening CVs, conducting phone & frontal interviews for potential candidates, advertising positions on social media channels, web portals, head hunting through LinkedIn and other social networks. I recently graduated my Master's in Organizational Consulting. I have also Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science. I have great communication skills; I enjoy working with people, interviewing candidates and interacting with clients. Matching the right person into the right position makes me satisfied.
